Bayberry Cottage

Bayberry Cottage is set up as a true home décor boutique, with every aspect of the home on display. The focus is on a casual lake lifestyle with fun, bold colors and designs. Gwen DeBruyn wanted to create a true one-stop-shop offering an extensive line of furniture and creative lighting options, artwork, homewares, and accessories like throw rugs and pillows.

The Rust Belt Market

As luck would have it, Tiffany had taken note of a large building on a busy corner in Ferndale. A building that had been empty for many years made for owners that were very motivated to lease it out. So, with a little savings and some family loans, the couple took a leap of faith and The Rust Belt Market was born.
