In a collaboration between the homeowners, an in-house designer, and Lakeview Builders, they’ve managed to turn an outdated, lackluster house, one of the first built in the gated Peninsula at Bay Harbor, into the home of anyone's dreams.

Partners Matt Stuck and Matt Johnecheck, of Conquest Builders, Inc. have incorporated all of these guidelines when constructing this 4,800-square-foot, four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath house on gorgeous Walloon Lake in Petoskey.
