Zeerip founded Grant Me Hope to rescue an often-forgotten group – foster children. They are in the foster care system through no fault of their own and are innocent victims of circumstances beyond their control. Now, these children wait for someone to give them a permanent home and the love that all children deserve.
With vision brought to the project by 42° North - Architecture + Design and execution by Cnossen Construction, these homeowners saw their dream of creating a forever home on Cedar Lake in Grand Rapids realized.

When Fortino’s General Store, located in the middle of Grand Haven’s main shopping district, went on the market in late 2014, the city held its collective breath. People worried about what might become of this beloved institution that had thrived for 103 years and three generations in the same family.

"We have eaten hundreds of dog biscuits,” states Suzanne Wilcox, who founded Beer City Dog Biscuits with lifelong friend Leslie Hooker. “Flavors vary from a stout to an IPA and beyond.”
A classic log cabin on Burt Lake in Cheboygan was perfect except the cabin needed updating and more living and storage space. Having worked with Moeller Builders, Inc. on previous projects, these clients returned for a major remodel and seamless addition filled with custom upgrades for the ultimate Northern Michigan getaway.
