Bourbon Louis Salad
Serves One
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ Cups Iceberg Lettuce, quartered and sliced
1 ½ Cups Baby Arugula
4 Slices English Cucumbers, 1/2” thick, cut in half one way and then the other
2 Slices Steak Tomatoes, cut into 1” pieces
½ Avocado, cut into 1” pieces
1 Whole Hard Boiled Egg, cut into 1” pieces
¾ Cup Supreme Lump Crab Meat
¾ Cup Cocktail Shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 Fluid Oz. Bourbon Louis Dressing
DIRECTIONS
Combine iceberg lettuce and arugula in a serving bowl. Arrange the cucumbers, tomatoes, avocado, and egg on top and then add shrimp and crab meat. Serve with Bourbon Louis Dressing.
Bourbon Louis Dressing
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Mayonnaise
½ Cup Ketchup
1 1/8 Tsp. Bourbon
Salt and Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients and chill.
